Fit To Ride was honoured to present a Rider Fitness and Mounted Lunge lesson at this year's HCBC Dressage Symposium in Langley.  Cara Whitham FEI 5* Olympic Dressage Judge along with Ellen Bontje an Olympic Silver Medalist and International Dressage Coach from Frankfurt Germany were the clinicians for the event and Sandra Verda-Zanatta, Dressage coach, FEI Rider, and Pilates Trainer who has developed cross training programs for rider across the disciplines was invited to demonstrate the importance of rider balance, symmetry and fitness.  The event was a huge success and was attended by over 400 equestrian enthusiasts including coaches, athletes and officials.
